Mariusz Pudzianowski's diet



Breakfast - 10 eggs, 2-3lbs. bacon
Mid morning - several 3 Musketeers or Snickers bars
Lunch - 2 meals of Polish pork chops, saurkraut and potatoes
One hour later- amino acids,vitamins and other supplements and chocolate
Dinner - meat,sauerkraut,potatoes
Midnight - protein shake,chocolate
3 or 4am - chocolate
